The purpose of sludge modification and conditioning is to alter the organic material on sludge particles, disintegrate the cellular and colloidal structure of the sludge, alter the water-retention properties and reduce the compressibility in order to make it suitable for detailed dehydration and drying processes.
The upgraded conditioning setup features a sludge metering system, transport lifters, a sedimentation storage container, mixed-agent manufacturing machinery, and a built-in conditioner and blender. To accomplish cost efficiency and sludge extraction in an eco-aware manner, we have implemented the self-made high-efficiency conditioner.
Working principle of sludge conditioningThe primary dewatered sludge, carrying a water content of about 80%, is directly transported to the conditioning system by a screw conveyor. Alternately, it can be sent to the sludge storage tank, whence a screw pump will then channel it to the conditioning system. This process has two primary stages: conversion and stabilization. The sludge is blended with the conditioner during conversion, and stiffness is achieved after stabilization. Ultimately, the conditioning of the sludge is complete.
Technical featuresThe sludge modification conditioning + high pressure belt deep dewatering process presents a unique solution to an age-old problem. This combination of advancements allows for an effective treatment of municipal sludge, significantly reducing the water content for disposal-creating a far greater range of options for final disposal. In turn, this process produces unparalleled ecological benefits, making it a breakthrough worth noting to protect our environment.
